Maison Odessa currently ships exclusively within Canada.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

Standard shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside of our control.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to the sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be reshipped.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order appears to be delayed, marked as delivered but has not been received, or appears to be lost, please contact us at mahrekbusiness@gmail.com with your order number.

We will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the issue.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

For orders shipped within Canada, any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed or collected as required at checkout.
